Six Steps To Clear Skin

Clear skin is an important aspect of sexual attraction in virtually all cultures. From an evolutionary point of view, the association between good health (and fertility) and unblemished skin may be responsible for our attraction to those with clear skin. Skin also reflects an individual's general state of health.
Here are six simple steps you can follow to keep your skin glowing and healthy.
Stop using make-up
Most or all of the makeup available today contain harmful chemicals. Although they may make you look good in the short-term, they always harm in the long run. As a trial, avoid make-up for two weeks. Use only face wash and moisturiser. Let your skin breathe for a few days.
Remove dead skin
Use a mild face scrub twice a week. You can use a commercial apricot scrub or a homemade scrub of sugar, olive oil and green tea. Gently rub for 10 minutes; then rinse to remove the layer of tired, dead cells. Avoid using a scrub more than twice a week. In addition you may also steam your face twice a week.
Hydrate
Drink ten glasses of water every day. This helps moisturize your skin and also flushes toxins and harmful chemicals from your body
Eat Healthy
Stop eating any processed or fried food. As far as possible, eat natural foods such as fruits, salads made of raw or steamed vegetables, green tea and nuts.
Exercise
No matter how much you hate it, exercise is very important for healthy skin. Exercise helps the body flush out toxins, improves blood circulation and muscle tone. Get 15-20 minutes of aerobic exercise every day. Get your heart beat up to 120 beats per minute for the entire duration.
Sleep
Sleep is your skin's natural healer. Lack of sleep might have some negative effects on your appearance. Excess of stress hormones caused by the lack of sleep might slow the collagen production in the skin. Also, lack of sleep may alter the regulation of blood vessel tone and thus contribute to puffiness or bags under the eyes. Get 7 hours of sleep every night
There you go, its that simple. Try it for 2-3 weeks and notice the difference.
