Walking for better health
Walking is an excellent exercise to improve your overall health. Walking can be done anytime and can also be a leisure activity. Walking has been attributed to reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and a number of cancers including colon cancer and breast cancer.We have noted in an earlier article that walking is not a recommended way to reduce weight. Walking does have its benefits mentioned below.
